Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The staff was kind and helpful! The spacious location was perfect for a night’s rest while on the road.

My room had trash in the cabinets and a very uncomfortable bed.

the office people were incredibly rude, making the whole check-in experience unbearable. oh, and with no fridge, I was forced to do without essentials. as an elite traveler, I simply expected a complimentary upgrade but received nothing! I almost considered a better review, but simply couldn’t overlook these huge disappointments.

the carpet was dirty and had stains everywhere. But the kitchenette had all the appliances working perfectly! ! The air conditioning was super effective! Plus, the complimentary breakfast was decent with plenty of options!

The room door handle did not work!!! Poorly maintained air conditioning units, inconsistent wifi connectivity, and dirty carpets suggest urgent upgrades!!! Address these issues to improve guest experience!!!

The carpet looked dirty, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud, making it hard to sleep. The shower had a strong chlorine smell and made a screeching noise, which wasn't pleasant. I booked a King Room but ended up with two beds, which was inconvenient. The continental breakfast was limited to just bananas, coffee, and honey buns. However, the room itself was spacious, which provided some comfort. Despite these shortcomings, the cleanliness was satisfactory, leaving me slightly content. I wouldn’t return for a long stay, but maybe a quick overnight trip is okay if necessary. Just keep the expectations low.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was spacious and provided a comfortable night’s rest after a long drive. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, making it convenient for snacks and drinks during my stay. The affordable pricing was also a major plus, especially being not too far from Dallas and Fort Worth.

Decent for the price!

Stayed for a night and overall not bad. The room was spacious, and the king-sized bed gave lots of comfort. One cool thing was how friendly the staff were—helped me figure out a late checkout! Too bad the water took a while to warm up. If you need a cheap place, this works!
